About HM Low Oral Care Centre

Surgeri Pergigian HM Low or HM Low Oral Care Centre was established in 1996 to serve the community in the provision of general Dentistry. Since then it has seen gradual growth in the variety of dental services provided and a greater emphasis on detailed, precise and evidence-based dentistry to serve the community to an even greater degree.

The principal Dentist is Dr. Low Hon Ming. He is a graduate of the University of Queensland, Australia with a degree in the Bachelor of Dental Science. Having been in dental practice for more than 20 years since his graduation in 1988 he has built considerable experience in many fields in general dentistry. This includes areas of interest in Micro-dentistry and Laser Dentistry.

“My areas of interest in dentistry include Imaging Techniques, Microscopy in dentistry and Laser-assisted dentistry.

I  enjoy work which requires precision and attention to detail. I find it fulfilling when we are able to empower our customers to succeed in maintaining and improving their oral health. My hope is that dentists can be viewed as co-equal partners in the management of your wonderful smile.

Senior Dental Nurse / Co-Administrator

Thayyiba Begam is the Senior Dental Nurse and co-administrator in our office. She is modest in her qualifications but generous in her goodwill towards those she meets. She has been a part of our team for many years and has grown in her knowledge and experience of dental assisting and has attended several seminars. Thayyiba is a capable administrator and trainer of junior dental assistants.
